Welcome Back, Normans!

My Norman’s CSA share started today and what a lovely haul–some early spring produce and the work of a busy winter.


I’ll save the mizuna for tomorrow, but tonight a classic springtime dish was quick and delicious.

    At Eatily last week I had little thin grilled asparagus with an egg on top and grated very sharp parmesean-type cheese for lunch.
